Just finished my first painting from special lessons in Domin Studio where there is shown another style of painting. Its really hard to overcome old habits and do something in compleatly different way.

It¨s damn great! I was never good in this technic-I somehow can't deal with fact I have paint from light to dark and skip ower white areas.

Color is a matter of mixing but for textures I use spray filled with clear water. Salt also can bring nice effects ;)

I've never tried spritzing water, so that could be interesting to try...but every time I try to use salt, nothing happens. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

When apllying salt, paper with pigment should be still damp but not wet. Same with spraying.

You created a really lovely mood and atmosphere with the colors. Usually I find watercolor landscapes cheesy but this one is anything but! Beautiful.
